The best part about shopping at the Richmond SPCA? Your purchases directly benefit orphaned pets in our shelter. Named in honor of a wonderful person and benefactor, Lora Robins, our shop has many wonderful gifts for pets and pet lovers. We will also place special orders for our valued customers. Our prices are excellent, our staff are knowledgeable, and our selection of high-quality merchandise can’t be beat!
Pets are welcome in our store. Please note that we recommend puppies be at least 6 months of age and up-to-date on their shots before visiting the Richmond SPCA.

Please visit the shop at our Robins-Starr Humane Center. Our hours of operation are:
Monday: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Cash, credit/debit cards, money orders, and Richmond SPCA gift cards are accepted forms of payment. No checks please. This policy applies to payments made for retail purchases, adoptions and clinic services.
Looking for a gift for that special someone? Why not consider a Richmond SPCA gift card? Cards may be redeemed in our retail store, for pet adoptions or for training classes. You may purchase Richmond SPCA gift cards in our Lora Robins Gift Shop during normal operating hours.
The homeless pets at the Robins-Starr Humane Center are in need of extra tough toys for stimulation and play time while they await permanent homes. Help purchase a toy for a homeless pet in our care by donating $1 or more, and we'll add your name to our shop windows to show your support.
