We were adopted: February 10 – 16, 2020
It was a busy week at our Robins-Starr Humane Center! Our adoption bell rung 86 times and over 80 people attended our Dog Kissing Booth event. We are eternally grateful for our community’s support. Thanks to our donors, adopters and volunteers, we are able to save the lives of over 4,000 pets and provide essential programs and cares to our community.
Want to help us make a bigger impact? Register for our 18th Annual Dog Jog and 5K Run on Saturday, March 21. Last year, our amazing Dog Jog and 5K Run supporters raised more than $195,000 to guarantee that thousands of homeless animals in the care of the Richmond SPCA have a second chance for a happy life in a lasting, loving home. Learn more about how you can help raise crucial, lifesaving funds to benefit pets in the care of the Richmond SPCA here.

End Petlessness
No pet in your life? Let our adoption counselors know that you have no pets, and they’ll work to match you with a cat or dog who is looking for a home just like yours. Select pets who are not able to go to homes with other pets are eligible for 50 percent off our regular adoption fee during our “End Petlessness” promotion. There’s a pet for every person at the Richmond SPCA!
