Posted on Tuesday, July 07, 2020

We celebrated 67 adoptions this past week! Notable adoptions included Blueberry, Kurt Cobain, Anna and Sanford. Congratulations to these lucky cats and dogs! Check out our galleries below to view the pets who went to lasting homes this past week.

Interested in adopting? We continue to welcome transfers of homeless pets from local municipal shelters and are working diligently to find them loving homes. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please call 804-521-1307 or email adoption1@richmondspca.org. Our adoption counselors are calling interested adopters back in the order their inquiry was received and providing counseling over the phone before scheduling an appointment. To help our staff match you with a suitable pet, please fill out a dog or cat adoption survey before requesting an appointment.
