Our adoption bell rang 39 times last week! Special adoptions included Miss Bianca, Baloo, Hemingway and Chloe. Congratulations to our new alumni and their guardians. These pets have been in the care of the Richmond SPCA for more than 60 days and have their adoption fees reduced by 50 percent.
