We had a wonderful week in our humane center last week with 68 adoptions. Adoption fees for qualifying pets are discounted 50 percent. These pets have been in the care of the Richmond SPCA for more than 60 days, so we know all their precious quirks especially well and will share all we know to help you decide on the perfect match.
