Agility Weaves and Teeter

April 8 – June 3, 2019 (no classes on April 29 or May 27)
Mondays at 6:00 p.m.

Instructor: Sarah Babcock

Prerequisite: completed Agility A or equivalent

This is a specialty class, focused on teaching and/or building confidence in agility weave poles and the agility teeter. Additional agility equipment (jumps, tunnels, table, etc.) may be used during training, but the focus will be on weave pole and teeter skills. Dogs should be comfortable in a class setting, but no additional skills are required. Since there will be dogs at various stages of banging the teeter, this class is not appropriate for dogs who have an extreme fear of that particular noise or of noise in general. Students will be encouraged to get weave poles at home for additional practice, but this is not a requirement.

All dogs must be 6 months or older and current on vaccinations. Spaying or neutering is strongly recommended.

Seven-week, one-hour class in Track & Training Center
