Handling Issues Workshop – Virtual

July 7, 2021
Wednesday 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Eastern

Instructor: Alisha Fritz

A common complaint from dog guardians involves their pets not allowing basic care such as nail trims, ear cleaning, and even brushing.  This can be especially problematic when the handling must be done for medical reasons, but basic grooming is also important for the health of your dog.  This workshop will discuss techniques to help your dog learn to enjoy grooming and management for when unexpected situations arise. These techniques are applicable to a range of dogs who avoid handling or who may aggress when handling is necessary. We will also discuss methods to help make trips to the vet and groomer less stressful for your dog. There will be time left at the end of the presentation for questions about your individual pets.

90 minute virtual workshop without dogs.
