The Valentine invites you to bring your dog along for this walking tour of Richmond’s canals. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, mix well with others and remain on leash. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and providing water for their dogs along the way.

Join us as we walk the reservoir to the river discussing the history of Byrd Park, discovering the architectural gems in the Carillon neighborhood. We’ll visit the Pump-House, the canals and the Washington Arch. The tour begins at the Christopher Columbus Monument, at the south end of Boulevard.

Space is limited. Advance reservations are required for all History Hounds walks.
