RVA Yoga Hang is partnering with the Richmond SPCA to host Kitten Yoga, featuring feline friends from the Richmond SPCA who are available for adoption!

We are offering 30 spots for each class at $30 per person, with 50% of proceeds donated to the Richmond SPCA.

RVA Yoga Hang classes are about 45 minutes long and suitable for all levels of yogi. We’ll start with a short meditation and/or breathing exercise, and practice Vinyasa-style yoga, which includes grounding, stretching, balancing and strengthening poses. This class is for ages 13 and up.

Please plan to bring your own mat and any props you wish to use. Wear comfortable clothes that hug the body (feel free to let strings hang down for the kittens to play with). 

Waiver Forms

In order to participate in Kitten Yoga, each individual participant must agree to both the Richmond SPCA and RVA Yoga Hang waiver. If you are signing up multiple people for Kitten Yoga, each participant will need to sign each form. Following payment, you can email copies to Janae Jones at jjones@richmondspca.org in advance of the event or bring a signed copy when arriving for Kitten Yoga. We will also have waivers available on-site to sign. You will be required to have completed paperwork before participating in our event. Please click on the buttons to download each form.
