ABOUT CARLY

Carly's training includes an emphasis on meditation, breathwork, and in-depth study of The 8 Limbed Path, as well as anatomy coursework and a trauma-informed perspective on cueing. She specializes in vinyasa flow, incorporating meditation and relaxing visualizations into her unique practice. She is also the owner of RVA Yoga Hang. Beyond yoga, Carly offers private mentoring for individuals. She is in the process of completing a certified Life Coach course and Happiness Coach course. She is in the process of publishing her first book, No, Yes, Please Tell Me How to Live My Life.

Carly also enjoys skiing, roller skating, water activities, reading, writing, going to concerts, and hanging out with her cat Tela.
