ABOUT THE ARTIST

For over 29 years, Colleen Phelon Hall has been transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary with her commissioned artwork.

Colleen has created custom artwork from vibrant large scale murals to paintings on canvas for celebrity clients like Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Middle Eastern royalty and more. Her artwork has been licensed and sold in Target and featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Daily Mail along with local media. You can also see her work in the lobby of the Richmond SPCA!

Colleen loves capturing pets and is fascinated by the special relationships people have with their furry friends. Colleen recently launched the Pet Story Project, a collaborative art project about people and their pets. She enjoys getting to know all about your pet and tries to imbue each portrait with personality.
