Friday, April 11 is National Pet Day, and we will be celebrating at Väsen Brewing Company with the release of Shug Light. The beer’s label features Sugar, who is the companion of Anna Meshejian and Patrick Basloe, and was created to support the Cinderella Fund, which delivers lifesaving veterinary treatment to more than 3,500 homeless pets at the Richmond SPCA each year.
