Please use this form to submit information about community cats in order to receive support for Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). The Richmond SPCA provides free TNR services through our Susan M. Markel Veterinary Hospital. A member of our staff will contact you about making an appointment for spay/neuter surgery within five (5) business days after you submit this form.

We typically perform TNR surgeries on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Drop-off is between 7:35 a.m. and 8 a.m., and pick-up is between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. the same day. An appointment is required.
