Impact of COVID-19 at the Richmond SPCA

A lot has changed in the two months since COVID-19 first started impacting our region—but what has not changed is the Richmond SPCA’s resolve to save lives. Our commitment is stronger than ever. With you as our partners, we continue to come to the rescue of animals in need and deliver essential services to pets and the people who love them throughout our community.

We’d like to share with you a graphic highlighting some of the impacts of COVID-19 on our operation between March 17 and May 17.  Times are tough, but we’re delivering our mission, and nothing will stand in the way of our lifesaving.
