We Were Adopted: November 17 – 23, 2025
We’re so excited to share that our incredible adoption counselors found homes for 80 pets last week! A special thank-you to our friends at Cat Topia, who generously sponsored the first five adoptions during our RVA is for Cat Lovers Adoption Special—helping cats like Woody, Soup Man, Blizzard, Augen and Lilly meet their purrfect matches. Heartwarming moment of the week
Cyrano: Cyrano’s foster family welcomed him into their home just three weeks ago, unsure how he might adjust. He arrived incredibly fearful, often curling himself tightly against a door and trying to disappear from the world around him.
With patience, routine, and gentle encouragement, he began to open up. Bit by bit, that worried little dog started showing his true self — and his foster family quickly realized they couldn’t imagine letting him go. Today, instead of hiding, Cyrano proudly trots around the house stealing dirty socks and settling in like he’s exactly where he belongs.
His adoption became official this past week, and we couldn’t be happier for this once-fearful boy who has found safety, confidence, and the loving home he deserves.
