Fur Ball

The Richmond SPCA's 28th annual Fur Ball presented by Moore Subaru will take place on Saturday, November 7 at The Jefferson Hotel.

We are excited to share a delicious four-course meal, sponsored by Best Friends Animal Society, prepared by the chefs at The Jefferson Hotel. A vegetarian menu will be served, honoring our commitment to animal welfare. The vibrant colors in each entrée showcase the rich flavors of the season and the diversity of vegetarian cuisine. Each dish has been thoughtfully created by Chef Brice Ellie Gervais, banquet chef de cuisine at The Jefferson Hotel. 

This year’s dinner entrée selections are:

Eggplant Rollatini stuffed with roasted garlic polenta and mozzarella, served over herbed tomato sauce with roasted broccolini. (Vegan upon request.)

Artichoke and Quinoa Custard Piccata served with fried capers and cauliflower risotto over a lemon butter sauce, topped with mushrooms.
