The Richmond SPCA is participating in the nationwide Clear The Shelters adoption and donation campaign. From Friday, September 6 through Sunday, September 8, adopters can set their own adoption fees for all adult pets.

Visit our humane center during Clear The Shelters and let our adoption counselors help you meet your match among the cats and dogs currently available. After completing the adoption process, Name Your Price! This special applies to all pets ages 6 months and up.

Need help deciding what to pay when adopting your best friend? Consider what’s provided for them during their stay at the Richmond SPCA:

• Veterinary examination
• Spay or neuter surgery
• Microchip
• Deworming treatment
• FVRCP vaccination (cats) or DA2PP and Bordetella vaccinations (dogs)
• Feline Leukemia & FIV test (cats) or Heartworm test (dogs)
• Rabies vaccination (pets over 4 months of age)
