RVA Yoga Hang is partnering with the Richmond SPCA to host Puppy Yoga, featuring canine friends from the Richmond SPCA who are available for adoption!

We are offering 28 spots at $40 per person, with 50% of proceeds donated to the Richmond SPCA.

RVA Yoga Hang classes are about 45 minutes long and suitable for all levels of yogi. We’ll start with a short meditation and/or breathing exercise, and practice Vinyasa-style yoga, which includes grounding, stretching, balancing and strengthening poses. This class is for ages 13 and up.

Please plan to bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes that hug the body and socks. Shoes are not permitted unless worn with shoe covers. To ensure the health and safety of the pets, shoes covers will be provided if you wish to wear shoes. The Richmond SPCA will also provide all pet toys for the event.

Our humane center closes at 7 p.m. and participants will have the opportunity to view pets available for adoption.
