Our graduates are working hard to receive their adoption diploma before the end of May. We want congratulate this week's graduate Plum. We are so glad she found her match at last!

Be a hero and help a long-term resident graduate today! Through this promotion, any adult feline friend or canine companion that has been with us for more than 30 days will have his or her adoption fee reduced to $75 for the month of May. Check out the roster of eligible pets here!

Dogs available for adoption will be at this month's History Hounds tour of Church Hill! Explore the history of this venerable Richmond neighborhood, from the historic sections surrounding St. John’s Church, to the modern renovation efforts and thriving restaurant scene. The tour begins at Patrick Henry Park, at East Broad and 24^th streets.

Space is limited. Advance reservations are required for all History Hounds walks.
