We are thrilled to share an early look at the future of the Richmond SPCA’s work through our new 10-year strategic roadmap. Over the next decade, this roadmap will significantly amplify our impact, shifting our focus from a facility-centered model toward a truly community-powered movement. Our vision is to expand our circle of care beyond the walls of our physical humane center, anchoring our work directly within the community through four core areas: building a community-centric shelter model, reimagining our humane center as a community hub, expanding access to veterinary care, and broadening our educational outreach.
