We Were Adopted: July 26 - August 1, 2021

Adoption numbers continue to climb with the heat! Thank you to our wonderful adopters who opened their homes to 83 pets this past week. Notable adoptions included long-term residents Nikki, Gameboy, Tick, Walnut and Spud. Congratulations to these lucky cats and dogs and their loving guardians!

Please note that the Richmond SPCA has returned to requiring all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to mask while inside our humane center, veterinary hospital and training facilities. We are updating our mask policy in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention who recommended vaccinated people in areas of “high” or “substantial” transmission of Covid-19 resume masking indoors. Richmond City and the surrounding counties have reached these designations. Before visiting, please review our COVID-19 policies.
