Celebrate your love of pets and 35 years of American tattoo history at The Richmond Tattoo & Arts Festival. Enjoy a weekend full of fun and a portion of proceeds from a variety of festival events will support the pets in our care and the community that loves them.
Visit the Richmond SPCA’s booth at the festival for photos in our Dog Kissing Booth, to get a pup cup for your dog and more. There will also be costume contests for kids, adults and pets during the festival!

More ways to support our lifesaving work through the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival:
- Purchase tickets to the Family and Pet-friendly HallowInk Day — $1 from every ticket sold to attend the festival on Sunday, October 22 will be donated to the Richmond SPCA.
- Live Art for Charity Auction — Throughout the weekend, a group of international mural artists, will paint large canvases to be auctioned during the Live Art for Charity Auction. Attendees can watch the artists paint one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by the theme Love Lives Here. Online bidding will open on Sunday, October 22, and remain open for a week. All proceeds from pieces that are sold will benefit the Richmond SPCA.
- Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival Bar Takeover Program — Starting October 1, select RVA restaurants will donate $1 from signature cocktails to the Richmond SPCA. We’ll share the participating restaurants and cocktail list soon.
