Join the Richmond SPCA for a full week of fee-waived adoptions for all pets in support of Clear The Shelters, a nationwide adoption initiative. This lifesaving event is made possible by the generosity of the Betty J. Parmer Trust, honoring Betty’s compassion for animals and celebrating the pets who brought joy to her life — especially her beloved dog Max.

Adopt during this weeklong celebration and help transform the lives of homeless animals, just as Max and Boomer did for the people who loved them.
