Calling all Veterans and Gold Star Families: Adopt your new best friend at the Richmond SPCA! Join us on Thursday, November 13 along with the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, who will be on site to provide veterans and service members with benefits information.
Along with the unconditional love of an animal companion, adopters who have prequalified with Pets For Patriots enjoy:
- Reduced adoption fee of $50
