April 20 – June 8, 2019 (no class on May 4)
Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Instructor: Alisha Fritz

Prerequisite: Canine Manners or another basic manners class where dog has been introduced to sit, down, come, stay and leave it

Advanced Canine Manners is an intermediate level manners course that advances the skills that your dog has already learned. We will build upon behaviors such as “stay” and “come”, while covering new exercises, such as distance work and increasing distractions. We will discuss different types of reinforcement for good behavior and students will learn how to build the basic skills their dogs already have into behaviors even more useful in the real world.  We will discuss the science of modern dog training and have lots of fun. The first class is for HUMANS ONLY.

All dogs must be 6 months or older and current on vaccinations. Spaying or neutering strongly recommend.

Seven-week, one-hour class in Smoky’s Training Center.
