Paint a portrait of your furry friend and support our pets at the same time! $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Richmond SPCA.

No artistic talent is required as the staff at Wine and Design will guide you step-by-step! Online registrations are required, and seating is limited. Ticket purchase includes an 11×14″ canvas portrait of your pet. Food and beverages can be added on at your session.

Due to the complexity of this event, we have a limit of ONE pet per painter. All ages are welcome. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Once you have purchased your tickets, please submit a well-lit, high-resolution photo to TIP: Head and shoulder images work best for four-legged friends.

  • If paying individually, to ensure seating arrangements, please indicate how many are in your party and the names of the guests so we can be sure to seat you with your party. Include this information in the comments section at the time of your order or email request to
  • Doors open at 1:30 p.m. and painting starts promptly at 2 p.m. The studio doors will lock 15 minutes after class begins to prevent disruptions; those arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to join the class.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To receive a class credit, please notify Wine and Design at least two hours in advance if you are unable to attend. No-shows or those arriving more than 15 minutes past the start time will not receive a credit. If you are a no-show or more than 15 minutes late, the staff will pack your canvas(es)/paints in a take home kit. Class credits are valid for 60 days following the originally scheduled event.
