Nacho’s Celebration of Life

Mike Gray invites you to join in celebrating the life of his beloved dog, Nacho, who passed in August. Mike remembers Nacho with fondness and has shared the following words and memories.

“I adopted Nacho on December 21, 2014 from the Richmond SPCA after seeing his picture on your website the night before. Within just a few minutes of playing with him, I knew that he was the one.

He quickly became my best friend and important part of my extended family which includes my business partner Andrew, his wife Jessie, their two boys Kemper and Alan, and their dog – Holly. In fact, Holly and Nacho became inseparable.

Nacho was an adventure seeker. He loved going on long walks around all of the parks around Greater Richmond. Not a day went by that we didn’t visit a park.

He was always there for me when I needed cheering up and was particularly partial to snuggling. I want to host this party at the Richmond SPCA because of the amazingly important work that the organization does. You give so many animals a second chance at happiness. I am forever grateful that the Richmond SPCA was able to unite me with the most wonderful dog and family member anyone could ever ask for.”
