We were adopted: November 30 – December 6, 2020

Our adoption counselors are working like Santa’s elves this December! This week they sent 25 dogs and 53 cats to loving homes. Two of these lucky pets named Kimber and Benton joined the Clatterbuck family. The Clatterbucks recently wrote and said, “Happy holidays! The kittens are patient and sweet with my kids and so playful. Our house doubled its joy overnight!” Congratulations to this adorable kitten pair and the other 76 pets that found lasting homes this week!

Our team of adoption counselors are continuing to work very hard to catch up returning calls and emails and scheduling appointments for those callers to meet pets awaiting adoption. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please fill out an adoption survey and then call 804-521-1307 and leave a voicemail with your contact information. During our phone counseling process, interested adopters will be guided to view pets online while speaking with a counselor. We appreciate our community’s patience and are excited to help families find their perfect match!
