Looking for a new furry friend to join your family? The Richmond SPCA is participating in BISSELL Pet Foundation‘s Empty the Shelters national adoption event now through May 15. Adoption fees for all adult pets will be only $50. Come by our humane center to meet the wonderful pets searching for a home.
