Renovations have been taking place at the Richmond SPCA to to expand laundry and dishwashing capacity at our humane center. The project is nearing completion as our contractors apply epoxy flooring this week.

Until the floors are finished, we won’t have access to our washers or dryers. But in the meantime, all other activities are continuing as usual for the pets in our care, who continue to need fresh laundry daily. We need a laundry lifeline!

Would you sign up to take a bag of laundry home?

This week we are depending on the community’s support to maintain the flow of laundry. If you have a washer and dryer at home, you have what it takes to help our dogs and cats.

Select a pickup day and time from our calendly link, which includes directions to our volunteer center and at-home washing instructions.

Each towel, blanket and toy washed brings comfort to a pet awaiting adoption. Thank you for making their stay fresh and clean!
